Payments for our services can be made online through our Site or at the time of service. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified at the time of booking. All payments must be made in full before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
You may cancel your appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee of 50%. Refunds for prepaid services will be processed within 2 business days of the cancellation.
